What is Tech Sales House?

Tech Sales House is a tech sales career accelerator for working professionals in Canada and the United States. We help you land interviews for software and AI sales roles. You get training, one-on-one mentorship, group coaching, interview practice, and recruiter or agency partner support.

How do I get into tech sales with no tech experience?

Start with the skills you already have, like talking to customers, hitting targets, and solving problems. Then learn how software sales works, practice interviews, and build a focused job-search plan. Our program includes coaching and recruiter or agency partner support. The scope of that support depends on your background and target role.

About Our Business

Tech Sales House is a tech sales career accelerator. Our customers are working professionals, career switchers, and recent graduates who want to move into software and AI sales roles such as Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, and Account Manager.

Our team has sold and led sales teams at technology companies including Salesforce and Deel. We use that experience to help each person position the background they already have, close the gaps hiring companies care about, and prepare for real interviews.

Our founder, Rafey Aamir, built this after years of selling and hiring at Salesforce and Deel. We are not an employment agency and we do not guarantee a job, an income level, or a hiring outcome. We provide training, mentorship, interview preparation, and job-search support.

Why Tech Sales

AI is changing how a lot of corporate work gets done. Sales is one of the areas where experience with people still carries real weight.

The work is people work

Software and AI companies still need someone to build trust, run the conversation, and close the deal. That part is hard to automate.

You get paid for results

Sales roles pay a base salary plus commission, so strong performance shows up in your income instead of waiting for a yearly review.

Your experience counts

Handling customers, managing pressure, and hitting targets all transfer. You are not starting from zero, you are repositioning.

There is a clear ladder

SDR to Account Executive to senior roles or leadership. The path is well defined and the skills carry across companies.

What We Offer

Tech Sales Training

Live and on demand coaching that teaches the software and AI sales skills hiring companies look for, including prospecting, discovery calls, and closing.

Interview Preparation

Resume and LinkedIn positioning, mock interviews, and direct feedback so you can present your existing experience the way hiring managers want to hear it.

Recruiter and Agency Support

Recruiter or agency partner support is included. Its scope depends on your background and target role and is reviewed before purchase.

One on One Career Coaching

A personal roadmap call and ongoing guidance to plan your career switch around your background, timeline, and income goals.

Roles We Prepare People For

Sales Development Representative

The most common entry point. You research accounts, reach out, and book meetings for the closing team.

Account Executive

You run the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and closing new business.

Account Manager

You look after existing customers, keep them renewing, and grow the accounts over time.

Solutions or Sales Engineer

A fit if you have a technical background. You support the sales team on the product side.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Submit a short application

You fill out a short form with your background, your goals, and your contact details so we understand where you are today.

  2. 2

    Book a roadmap call

If your background is a fit, you book a 45 minute call. We review your experience and map out a plan for moving into tech sales.

  3. 3

    Start training and interviewing

You work through the training, prepare for interviews, and get support from our team and recruitment partner while you apply.

  4. 4

    Interview, choose, and settle in

We prepare you for each interview stage, help you compare offers, and stay with you through your first weeks in the role.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you guarantee me a job?

No. We are a career accelerator, not an employment agency. We train and coach you, prepare you for interviews, and include recruiter or agency partner support with a scope based on your background and target role. Hiring decisions are always made by employers.

How will you contact me after I apply?

We contact you by email, phone call, and text message using the details you give us on the form. You can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing support@techsaleshouse.com.

Do I need sales experience to start?

No. Many of our customers come from other industries. We start by looking at the experience you already have and show you how to present it for a sales role.

Do I need a technical background or a degree?

No. You do not need to code and you do not need a specific degree. You do need to be coachable, willing to practice, and comfortable talking to people.

How long does the program take?

Most people work through the core training in four to eight weeks while they apply and interview. The pace is up to you.

Can I do this while working full time?

Yes. The training is on demand and the live calls are recorded, so most of our customers fit it around a full time job.
